Please read this document carefully before you order any goods and or services from RorzCustomPC.
When ordering from RorzCustomPC, you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions.
All graphic designs represented on the RorzCustomPC website are subject to copyright law. RorzCustomPC owns all graphic designs displayed on the website and are the sole property of RorzCustomPC. Use of these designs without the consent of RorzCustomPC will be subject to legal action and will claim loss of business compensation from the offending people/party.
Any materials/equipment products supplied by RorzCustomPC for any DIY installation by yourself will not be covered by any guarantee. Should you install our materials, equipment/products in error including your own damage to your personal property RorzCustomPC will not be held responsible. RorzCustomPC are also not responsible for personal accident of your own making while using products supplied by RorzCustomPC.
Unless otherwise stated, all work will be completed when the customer has paid, in full, for products and services.
No work will be released until all invoices have been paid and payment received in full.
All custom orders can take up to 20 working days in the manufacturing process which is dependent on our workload, however, RorzCustomPC will always ship your order as soon as it’s ready.
It is important to note that all sleeving, Vinyl Wrap and Mouse Pad colours listed on the website are subject to slight variations in colour due to different manufacturing processes. We buy from reputable suppliers and will make every effort to display good quality images of our product range, however, the hue of the colour may be slightly different in some instances. RorzCustomPC are not responsible for the variations in colour shading.
All work comes with standard warranty on parts. (Please note that warranty cannot be offered on any modified part, this includes water-cooling components, watercooled parts, sleeved cables (power or signal), sleeved power supplies or any other modified part). We cannot be held responsible for any damage to items or systems including sleeved cables, Vinyl Wraps, Mouse Pads, PC Cases including sleeved power supplies, water-cooling components, modified cases, or any other modified part.
Standard warranty on all PC Cables is 6 months from date of purchase.
Standard warranty on Vinyl Wraps wrapped by RCPC is 12 months from date of purchase.
No warranty on DIY Vinyl Wraps.
Standard warranty on all Mouse Pads is 12 months from date of purchase.
Standard warranty on all NZXT PC Cases is 12 months from date of purchase.
Warranty will be null and void if damage is caused by excessive mishandling and mistreatment, i.e stretching curved cables, twisting and uncoiling cables, removal of connectors and shrink tubing.
Warranty will be null and void if damage caused by:-
-You involve a third party i.e. sell RorzCustomPC goods and equipment you have purchased from RorzCustomPC, your warranty/guarantee is not transferable and will not be honoured.
-You involve a third party in the repair and/or interference with products and equipment you have purchased from RorzCustomPC, your warranty is automatically null and void.
-Misuse or abuse (fair use)
-Failure of cooling components (includes heatsinks, fans or failure of watercooling parts, PLEASE NOTE, this includes watercooling fittings/ components).
-Power surges/cut causing damages
-Damage during transit – unless when specified insurance has been requested by the customer, to the full value of the goods.
The warranty claim is only valid in combination of original invoice and is at the discretion of RorzCustomPC to replace or repair the defective product or defective component(s).
All warranty claims are accomplished by RorzCustomPC or its recognized dealers. If the repair is carried out by a non-authorised or assigned person, RorzCustomPC does not take over liability or responsibility unless the repair has been previously agreed with RorzCustomPC.
Should you sell to a third party any RorzCustomPC products and/or equipment within the warranty periods, your warranty with RorzCustomPC will automatically be terminated. Our contract is personal to the purchaser of the product, service and equipment and is not transferable to a third party.
All costs of repairs are not the responsibility of RorzCustomPC.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by dust contamination, such as static charged dust, metal filings; these can cause shorts and permanent damage.

Delivery of goods and Returns
Standard Shipping: This shipping method is tracked and signed for, orders under 2Kg will ship with Royal Mail (3 -5 Working Days), orders 2Kg and above will ship with UPS (3 - 5 Working Days) and only covers your order upto £50, which excludes the shipping price unless the carrier states otherwise.
Premium Shipping: This shipping method is tracked and signed for, orders under 2Kg will ship with Royal Mail (3 -5 Working Days) and is covered upto £100, orders 2Kg and above will ship with UPS (3 - 5 Working Days) and has full cover on your order excluding the shipping price unless the carrier states otherwise.
If you order a mouse pad, vinyl wrap design or Case with a vinyl wrap design on it, and these items have been printed and or fitted and or shipped, RorzCustomPC will not issue a refund and or cancel your order.
If you order custom PSU cables or cable extension sets that exceeds the standard 30cm length, and these items have been crafted and or shipped, RorzCustomPC will not issue a refund and or cancel your order as these items are made to order. Please note: This excludes custom cable extension sets which are the standard 30cm length.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted and payment cleared. However, RorzCustomPC will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Delivery dates are approximate only and not of any contractual effect, in good order, however, we accept no liability if the goods are damaged in transit. RorzCustomPC will ensure, as far as is practicable, that every effort is made to deliver the goods and will compensate to the insured value of the goods if lost or damaged. Any returned goods are returned to RorzCustomPC at the risk of the buyer and at their cost.
Compensation is at the discretion of RorzCustomPC. If goods are delivered by tracked and signed for to the address given by the buyer and you are not available to receive the goods, RorzCustomPC will not be responsible for the re-delivery to the said address or return of the goods back to RorzCustomPC, no refund of compensation will be offered.
If you cancel your order before we start the crafting/manufacturing process, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (If earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we were informed about your decision to cancel the order.
We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished financial value of the goods resulting from the handling which will be 5% of the value, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify RorzCustomPC in writing via email within 2 working days.
You must obtain a Returns Note for any goods returned to RorzCustomPC and this note will be available upon request only. If your goods are faulty, cables are not connecting properly which will be evident within a short period of time, then you must notify RorzCustomPC immediately. If the product is not returned for exchange or repair when the fault is noticed by you, RorzCustomPC will have the right to decide whether to offer a replacement, repair or refund. All exchanged goods will be like for like. There will be no deviation on this policy, because many of our products are made to order.
Limitation of Liability
The supplier's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of the Supplier for death or personal injury caused by the Supplier's negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The Supplier will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless the Supplier is negligent, the Supplier will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties without first providing you notice and choice.
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or legal process served on our website) and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, and/or respond to a government request.
To protect your information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order, submit, or access your personal information.
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database which is PAYPAL.
All transactions are processed through PAYPAL and are not stored or processed on our servers.
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
The Supplier will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that the Supplier is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the Supplier's control. These events include acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, weather legislation or any acts by third party companies or individuals not either under contract to or employed by the Supplier.
When using electrical components, you should use basic safety precautions to minimize the risk to your system and yourself.
Consider your surroundings, do not allow any part of your system to come into contact with damp or water. Do not use your system in the presence of flammable liquid or gases, this includes corrosive materials. RorzCustomPC does not cover flood, water or environmental damage; damage including, storm, water, fire, overvoltage, high violence, war, insufficient air ventilation or other reasons.
Guard against electrical overload, shorting or insufficient power. This covers overloaded extension leads, we recommend, plugging system into its own single, electrical mains plug and surge protection methods are also recommended.
Do not let pets or children near the system, as any electrical shocks, damage caused by or to pets, children, adults cannot be held responsible for by RorzCustomPC.
